hello !

if it is a new phone and you have to make a call and if only you hear via loud speaker then it is a manufacturing defect and you you get it replace by your dealer free of cose. if you have corssed the warranty period then please get your earphone fixed at an electronic store. it could cost you around 15- 20 $
