Forgot Password Screen Locked

Forgot password screen locked. I do remember finger scanned and pattern. ATT have not been able to help without wiping everything on phone. I have medical issues and my info for it is on my phone. Can you help??

Quick press the Power key to turn the screen on.

You will be prompted to enter your pattern lock. If entered incorrectly, your phone will request you to try again.
NOTE: You must enter a pattern at least 5 times to continue to the Google Account unlock option.

After the 5th attempt, a warning message will display. Tap OK to continue.

Tap Forgot pattern? in the bottom right corner.

Enter your Google account information (name and password) and tap Sign in.

Enter a new pattern screen lock and tap Continue.

Confirm the pattern and press Continue to access your phone.

Ensure your device has a wireless data connection.
If unable to recall your phone's original Google account information, visit www.gmail.com from a computer to confirm or reset your password.
If the Google account name and password still cannot be entered in correctly, a master reset is required.
