Help With Phone

My cell phone is giving me a reading that I can only make emergance calls and I am in a remote area and need to make severl calls. What is going on and how can it be corrected? I cannoit receive calls either.

I suggest you use the internet to fix this problem by going to www.wireless.att.com and click on support tab.
call 1-800-331-0500 for tech support
use your cell phone and dial 611
