I Have An Iphone And I Shut It Off Last Night And It Had Charge.now It Wont Come

on.The memory was getting full and I was trying to erase memory and it was running slow,so I shut the phone off.But it took a long time for it to finally go off.Now I cant get it to come back on.The apple light will come on and act like its going to start and then the light shuts off after about 30 seconds.Please help
