Why Isn't My Cell Service Working The Same As It Was Before The Storm?

I can't get a signal at work and I always had a perfect signal here before. Also, another person who works in the same office as me can use her AT&T phone! I have a perfect signal at home but always had the same at work and now I have no signal or it says emergency calls only. What's going on?
