Greetings - Though it is quite strange for a mic to die simaliteneously with the stereo speaker as I do not know these to be in any way related but yes on certain cases they are both removable and can the replaced with functional ones. The phone's motherboard may also need to be cleaned (preferably with mathylated spirit. Hope this'll help
