Puk Is Displaying On My Go Phone.i Need To Know What My Puk Is.only5chancesleft

My battery and sims card was taken out and put back in. Since then, All that it will allow me to do is try and "enter PUK " I've tried several times but after every attempt it says I have few chances left! THis makes me very nervous! I am very busy and need this fixed ASAP! Thanks and Sorry about the inconvienience.
