We Demand A Refund And The Cancellation Of Any Account!
We received our credit card statement today to find that the website www.avg.com has, without any authorisation, taken £45 from our account! We are amazed as we have not had any dealings with AVG for years! Also, it is extremely worrying that AVG has got hold of our credit card details! We therefore demand an instant refund of our £45 and an explanation and assurance that any account held in our name be cancelled forthwith. Mrs Christine M Clarkin
