How Does One Obtain Their Senior Level Management About A Major Problem

I want to obtain a Reseller license for the new AVG Antivirus 2013 .  I have many Corporate Customers lined up to purchase it. I have wasted four hours of valuable and precious time to try to contact the, was originally sent for a two hour period at a call centre in the Phillipines, where no-one could give me answers.  They escalated me to highers agencies in the US.  Unfortunately, they were Eastern USA sites and I live in Western Canada.  With the time zone difference, Evening here in Alberta Canada and 0-DARK HOURS IN EASTERN USA, ALL I RECEIVED WAS A MESSAGE ADVISING ME TO CALL BACK AS THEY WERE CLOSED.  i COULD NOT CALL BACK BECAUSE OF THE TIME ZONE DIFFERENCES.  I would like to contact one of their top level executives and have them handle this problem as both they and I are losing money and customers. The executives I would like to reach at Grisoft AVG are: J.R.
