my computer is not runnin right no matter what i do if i got to a web page and wanna look at a video it wont play and their is no sound can u pls help me

I would say that you should clear your history. By pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Another thing you should do is press delete then select, task manager to check if you being tracked by a hacker. You could see the activity on your computer. Do this when your computer start having problems. If you see another user other than you remove this person.
