Where Do I Fill Transmission Fluid?

Is the transmission fluid dip stick orange on my 2004 Acura MDX?  Is this where I check the level?  Should the car be running when I check it?  can I add fluid right in the same place where I check the level?

car needs to be running to check the fluid level, you can add it in the same place. Make sure to use the correct fluid and do not over fill.
