I have installed adobe but its not working.

You need to uninstall it clean up your system I use the following programs avast malewarebytes ccleaner revouninstaller. Start by uninstalling all adobe programs with revo Run malewarebytes you are going to do a custom scan root kits is what you are scanning for. Run avast you are running a boot scan it starts up in what is left of DOS. after that is done run ccleaner. Then reinstall your program that being adobe but it is the same as any exe program
