Gesture Of Goodwill
My husband and I were on flight AC 847 today (April 5 , 2012).The entertainment system was not working and all the passengers were given a card stating that the Cabin crew would like to offer us a goodwill gesture . I tried to contact air canada customer relations service . There is nothing there for me to fill in. Our seat # was 50A &50C .The claim # is JD3KCTR andHJP48PB.Could you please advise me as to how I can make this claim.Thank you.Zahida and David Croskery. My e-mail address is [email protected]
