Absolutely she can carry her medication on board the flight. She will want to bring her doctor's authorization for the drugs and make sure it's accurate, listing every medication she will be carrying. This will make her passages through customs and security much easier. The name on the medications must match her name on the ticket and the name on the doctor's authorization.
