If Air Canada Makes Errors In Booking, What Is Your Responsbility?
Four out of ten of our group were not included when Air Canada changed our booking because of schedule changes. In order to get back, it will cost our group $50 per ticket extra for the four tickets on another airline. We feel Air Canada should cover this extra cost as it was your mistake in the first place that four were left out.
