Air France Plays Ping Pong

Today 25th of January 2017 I receiver a reply from Moscow ( !) / I live in Ukraine /. Read a text :[email protected], good afternoon,In this case, you can go to court.We refuse to grant you a free ticket.This decision was discussed at all possible levels of airline Air France.I regret that we could not agree.ours faithfully,YuliyaCustomer Service DepartmentAir France-KLM25th of January 2017.------------------------------------------------------During 6 months I did not have got a free ticket from Air France . Customer Care Departments in Kiev and Moscow did not solve my request() .Then I wrote tens of letters to Air France in France! They send all my requests to Kiev and Voscow again . And I am with nothing . I do not have got a free ticket Kiev-Punta Cana-Kiev . I have lost luggage June 8, 2016 , flight number AF 1653/AF 0968 and I spent all 10 days in the Dominican Republic, sitting on the phone and find out where my luggage. I had to spend money to buy that was needed for my stay in the Dominican Republic and to maintain my  life.I did not have got excursions , I swam in the ocean 7 times ( ! ) .For that I spent a time there ?I found my baggage when I returned home from the Dominican Republic.Mr.Jean-Marc Janaillac President du conseil d*administration , Directeur General Air france did not want to solve my request. It is a game : there - here / il - ici .Air France plays ping pong with me. Really , is 900 US dollars( a ticket price ) big money for Air France??? It is a shame for a leading company in the world !!!Why do you ( Mr.Jean-Marc Janaillac President du conseil d*administration ,Directeur General ) do nothing to solve with free ticket for me ?
