Manage My Booking On-line Issues

I have a ticket booking reference and am trying to book additional luggage on line.  It states I am not able to do this on this ticket could you explain why?

I recommend contacting their Online Support Customer Service.  There is information regarding paying for excess information on their website but it is a bit confusing as it mentions specific fare types - which doesn't make much sense.  Rather than waste your time trying to figure it out, I would call them.  If the online support number doesn't help you, contact their reservations department and pay for the additional baggage on the phone with a representative OR if possible, pay when you check in.
