If your change request is due to the recent hurricane on the east coast, follow these instructions:
Further to the hurricane Sandy which hit the North-East coast of the United States, our flights to and from New York, Washington and Boston actually resumed with the usual timetable.
Our flight schedule on October 31 and November 1st will offer additional seats.
If you travel on a connecting US domestic flight beyond New-York Kennedy, we advise you to contact your usual sales ponts as US domestic traffic still remains disrupted.
Commercial measures implemented:
** If you hold a ticket to travel to or from Wasington and Boston from 28 October to 01 November, 2012, we offer you the following options, applicable until 07 November, 2012:
- you may postpone your travel until 07 November 2012 included. Modification of your booking is possible free of charge in the same cabin of travel. You may change your reservation online*, through the "View/modify your reservations" section.
- If your flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 5 hours, you may require a refund. Your ticket will be fully refunded, except service fees. We invite you to contact your usual point of sales or go through the "Manage your reservations" section.
** If you hold a ticket to travel to or from New York Kennedy from 28 October to 03 November, 2012, we offer you the following options, applicable until 09 November, 2012:
- you may postpone your travel until 09 November 2012 included. Modification of your booking is possible free of charge in the same cabin of travel. You may change your reservation online*, through the "View/modify your reservations" section.
- If your flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 5 hours, you may require a refund. Your ticket will be fully refunded, except service fees. We invite you to contact your usual point of sales or go through the "Manage your reservations" section.

View / modify your reservations
If your change request is not related to the hurricane, you can either change your reservation on their website if you have the confirmation (record locator) or you'll need to contact Air France so a representative can help you with the change.
