How do I give a full refund to a tenant when My site is set to strict???

You have complete discretion to provide refunds even when beyond the "strict" policy.

How do I refund my guest?
- Go to the Resolution Center on airbnb.com.
- Choose the reservation you want to refund.
- Under Select a Reason, choose Offer Partial Reimbursement.
- Enter the desired amount, currency, and a message to your guest.
