Termination Notification
How can I get your company to resolve a payment issue? Notification was made to agent regarding a switch and now agent is claiming to never have been notified. My current agent re-submitted proof and I am being told I owe a past balance. I do not think I should be charged for service cancelled. I would appreciate it if this matter is resolved immediately.
