How Do I Get A Response?

I sent Amazon a message indicating that I DO NOT NEED Amazon PRIME as soon as I got an email announcing a "trial period".. MY Husband ALREADY PAID FOR THAT SERVICE & His Account Is STILL ACTIVE. I DO NOT Know How I Got Enrolled But Amazon Withdrew $99 from my checking account via My Debit Card. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT Amazon Prime in MY Name!!! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!
