Gold Deals Quick Pick Section Not Working
The Gold Deals page has several sections: Deal of the Day, Lightning Deals, Best Deals and Quick Picks. The Quick Picks section, more often than not, is gone. When I ask Amazon's customer service about it, I'm thanked for my feedback or sent a link to the Gold Deals page.
Obviously, this is less than helpfull, but I don't know what to do other than believe their site (and support) is broken in regards to my account.

I gather your contact with customer service has been via Web form. If the written reply is not satisfactory, you need to speak to a representative by phone.
Go to this page to have Amazon phone you, immediately! If you're not registered, click the "Skip sign in" button. If the representative can't answer, whe'll connect you with a supervisor on your demand.
