My Kindle Froze Help!
I was looking at pictures on google and my kindle fire froze. I have tried holding down the power button for 20 seconds, still no luck it is still frozen on the google page. I then moved on to charging it, once again no luck. Can You Help Me Please?

Since the Hard Start failed, make sure that your Kindle is fully charged for at least 3 and possibly 6 hours before trying another Hard Start.
If you still have the freeze problem you can check your specific model at the Amazon website. One problem with the Troubleshooting pages is that they do not address some common issues...such as yours.
