My Kindle Is Stuck On And It Won't Do Anything

When your Kindle freezes or gets stuck, the best way to fix it is to force a reset. To do this, hold down the power button for 15 seconds and then release. This should resolve your issue. If the Kindle is still frozen, you might try removing the battery. Refer to your instructions manual for detailed directors or contact Amazon's support department if the reset doesn't work.
