Purchase As Per Order
I have recently received my order for a Freddie Mercury CD
and aDVD. When I attempted to play the DVD a message appeared on my TV screen " THIS DVD CANNOT BE PLAYED
IN THIS REGION''.What do I do now as yuor return policy
disallows return once the DVD has been opened. Needless to
say I am not very happy.

Sad to say that you cannot return your DVD/CD because CDs/DVDs are non-returnable items once opened. This is the importance of being a wise consumer. All the details of the CD/DVD are provided in the description of the item. Carefully read all the requirements of your media before you purchase it. This is to avoid future problems on returns.
