E-mail Scam?

I just received the following E-mail from "[email protected]."  Is it legitimate or is this a scam? Dear Customer, Our system recently detected discrepancies in your billing and security information. To avoid service suspension, please update your information. For security reasons, we will deactivate your access to the entire AOL Network (including webmail), if we are unable to verify all required information. Click here to update your information. We sincerely regret any inconvenience and thank you for choosing AOL! Sincerely, AOL Team --------------------------------------------------------------------------------PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL. THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS IS USED BY AOL TEAM AND IS NOT MONITORED.
