I found this number on helpown, but I'm not sure if it work.

You can try:

Phone: 800-827-6364

How to reach a live person: Well, this is really a trick. I pressed "0" 6 times until ending up at a recording saying that they needed to pull up my account information. I then entered "#" 4 times until the recording gave up and said they would transfer me to a live person. Becareful when you talk to them; they may charge you for the "talk" service. Hope this help :)
