24 Hour Lock Out

I spoke with one of your consultants today and she gave me a temporary password and a new security question, but every time I try these I get a noice that my account is blockedfor 24 hours. I need access to my account now not in 24 hours. If you do get my account working now you can cancel my AOL sevice and refund me the rest of my years money payment.I have had AOL service for many years, but I can not keep a service that I can not use every day
