Baggage Complaint

On our AA flight 630 Nov 12 from Orlando to JFK, our premium checked bag was one the last to arrive on the luggage belt. Many other premium tagged bags were also not the first on the belt. This service has been good for the past year or so however its disingenuous to tell passenger bags with premium tags receive priority handling. Please fix this problem. I am a platinum card holder. I tried submitting this complaint through the regular website however was unable to do so. I will provide more details when I recieve a response.

If you are having difficulty emailing the complaint, call their general reservations number and ask them to transfer you to a customer relations agent for assistance. If they try to make yoiu submit the complaint online, tell them you don't have internet access. Sometimes they make it extremely difficult to just talk with someone. To speak with a cutomer relations representative you'll probably have to call during regular business hours Mon - Fri. The number is 1-800-433-7300.
