Can I Change My Seat Assignment?

I have a deformed left arm and I need a window seat, the "A" seat is the best seat so that I don't get my arm bumped by other passengers. My arm is too short to buckle the seat belt on my right side. my trip ID is 7222 4927 1905 flight #1047 thank you marylu
