I Am A Diabetic Insulin Dependent Can I Bring Meds On Plane

Yes, they are allowed, but will need to be inspected. To be safe, you should call the airline ahead to let them know that you're diabetic and to get any advice they might have about packing it so you don't run into trouble.

A doctor's note explaining what you need and why (especially if you use syringes) might also come in handy, as well as a copy of your prescription. You probably won't actually need the doctor's note and prescription, but better safe than sorry.
