Medicine And Oxygen On A Plane.

I will be traveling with my 18 yrs, daughter next week on flight #708 from DFW to LaGuardia. We will be taking her prefilled shots with us that she has to have every 12 hours. Do we need a letter from her doctor so we can carry these on the plain? Her trip is through the Make A Wish Foundation and I think they have arrainged for her oxygen on board the plane. How do you set that up in case they have not do it?
