Need A Corporate Agent To Discuss My 32 Passanger Tickets Purchased 3/2012

I have called 800-433-7300 twice and followed their direction to go directly to SLC airport. They in turn refered me back to you for answers to my situation. I'm looking for someone who will discuss my situation with the tickets I have purchased leaving May 2012. Vicki
