I Have Been Trying To Get An Answer From Someone About A Flight That Was Booked
On April 19th I was to fly out of BHM to MIA and got to the airport about 40 minutes before the plane took off, but your staff refused to let me board. After arguing with her, I finally went to US Airways and they immediately put me on a plane that was taking off in twenty minutes! I have written numerous complaints, but have had no response. In my view, your employee was very rude to me and I demand action! What do you plan to do about this? I have written several times to you and each time you tell me that a representative will be with me shortly because you are eager to solve problems. So how eager are you? This is going on my second week of contacting you and I'm getting nowhere. We own a business and would never treat customers in this manner because we want returning customers. Someone needs to step up to the plate and get in touch with me or give me a name of a person that can HELP!!!

It's not clear to me whether your problem is with American Airlines or U.S. Airways. Here's the contact information for each. If yu don't get satisfaction, obtain an address to which to write:
