What information does AA need to make a reservation using an airline refund/credit? And how do I go about it?

Firstly, you will have to book the flight via phone (1- 800-535-5225) or in person at the ticket counter (can't do it online). You will want to have your selected flight numbers, voucher number and personal information ready. You should also do it more than 2 weeks in advance of your planned travel, as they make you physically mail in the voucher to get the credit.
