Bereavement Request

On December 5, 2010, I traveled from CHS to MIA, record locator GAWNGT and retuurned to CHS on the 6th December. I paid over $800 for the return ticket, My brother passed away on the 4th and I had to get to Boca Raton quickly. I have been an Advantage member since 1998 (817POY8) and had been a Platnium member while I was working out of the UK. I understand that you provide a bereavement credit for emergency travel and wonder if you could provide me with some consideration. Thanks...Bernard M Schapiro
