I Booked A Flight On Aa For Nov 8 - 15 To Ca To Visit My Son. My Son Will Move

to New York to begin work on Nov 10th. What are my options to do with the reservations I've purchased on my credit card? I'd like to get a credit status and use the $$ to fly back to see him in New York at a later date. Please help me....Thank you
