Refund For 3 Tickets

I tried to call several times to speak to someone regarding the request I sent in for a refund for 3 tickets I sent in all the information needed I also sent the reason for not using the tickets can someome please help me, this is very frustrating when I'm calling long distance to be disconnected everytime.
