Problems Being Seated With My Spouse
To Whom It May Concern:I booked a reservation in Sept 2013 for my husband and I to visit the Grand Cayman Islands . This is the second time that I have booked through Orbitz's and gotten the same LOUSY service. I booked and paid for the two trips. I got on line today to see our seating assignments. To my chagrin, American Airlines has two travelers, but ONLY my husband has a seat, my information says "UNASSIGNED" on all five flights. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN TWICE?????I started calling orbitz at 1:10 Detroit time. I got disconnected every time they put me through to customer service. Representative Natalie hung up on me and NO one tried to help me. THIS will be my FINSL booking with Orbitz and I promise Never ever to use your services again, because why would you send my information to American and not let them know we are traveling together????
