Unable To Print Itinerary.
I fly often with American Airlines. My travel agent forwards me the ticket information and tells me to "Print it". Well, this is impossible. I can print her message, but not the ticket. I am supposed to have that bar code from the ticket, but it is below the print area. I just printed a ticket with US Airways. They allow you to download the information to Outlook and you can print from there. I tried to contact your site, but I could not get through without my frequent flyer # of miles which seems crazy. Anyway, how to do print the *(&*^$ ticket? Thank you, A customer

The email your travel agent sent you should contain your American Airlines record locator (confirmation). With that information, you should be able to access your travel & ticket information on American's website. The record locator (confirmation) is 6 letters.
Go to this link and input your name information as required and your record locator and it will pull up your information including your ticket & itinerary. You should be able to print everything you need.
