Winning Stuff From Android

Recently, I turned my phone on and a notification came up flashing Congratulations. I clicked on it to see what it was. It stated that I just won a $2500 gift card to use how I see fit and it would be mailed to me. All it asked for was a mailing addresd. I would like to know if this is a ligetimate offer or is it a hoaks by someone using android.
