Freezes Up

Android tablet freezes up. At start up. Tried resetting it by using the power up button and volume down but it still does not work please help me

You can try to reset the device by going into the Settings Menu and select "Restore Factory Settings". Sometimes this is located within the Accessibility or About Device part of the Settings Menu.
