You can use a file explorer app like astro to browse and delete all the un-required files. Also, addtionally you can use SD-maid or clean master app to remove un-required residual files on you phone memory or SD-card. These apps works like CCleaner. Also, additionally they provide you with details like the largest files in your directory and so on.

ok ok so your sd card is full to delete the apps you can delete it from the phone itself or you can connect your phone to pc using usb and delete them from their...........
