Anthem Submitted A Check To Me Instead Of To The Hospital.
The check was submitted to me, not to the billing facility. I keep getting billed by the hospital now, and all my calls to anthem have resulted in no solution to my problems. The check I received is sitting in my account, and the bill from the hospital is much larger than the check I received. I was supposed to pay $50 only to the hospital.
