Hi This Is Lukman From Nj I Have A Anthem Blue Cross Insurance I Want To Cancel

I have anthem blues cross insurance .. I fill application from my job company 2 years ago they give every year to fill application but this 2013 I didn't fill any application cuz I have a state insurance Horizen NJ health insurance with my family now this state insurance doesn't cover full cuz I hve the anthem insurance I try to cancel but they keep giving me different phn no n to call but didnt get any best answer now how do I cancel my anthem blues cross insurane plzzzzz I need ur help I'm out of medican n need to see the doc ASAP plzzzzz help me
