Payment By Bank Draft.

In November I was informed that my policy would be cancelled on Jan. 1. I signed up with Covered California and am preparing to send in the first premium payment for my new policy. (Due on Jan. 31). However, the premium for the old policy, supposedly cancelled on Jan. 1, was still taken from my checking account, as I payed for that policy by bank draft. How do I get that payment stopped? How do I set up a bank draft for the new policy?

I suggest you call CS@ 877-526-3425: to help solve your drafts problem. You also should contact your other insurance carrier to stop that draft & get a refund. Good Luck!
