How Can I Get Itunes To Recognize My New(used) Iphone As My Phone And Not Someon

Try putting it in dfu mode while plugged in your computer and it should pop in itunes telling you that you need to restore. Follow instructions (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034)
