To get a refund from Ashley furniture inspect the items immediately after delivery. If found any damage or satisfactory item (s) contact us within 72 hours to get your fund back. Hence, it's crucial to note that the shipping or return charges are not refundable if there is no defect inspected from the seller's side.

Yes. You cannot be charged if the furniture was not received. You may be charged for return shipping.
