I Purchased A Dinning Room Table And Chairs With A Premium Protection Plan. On

One of the legs has a horizontal crack in it. Everyone that I called I received no results, they said it's not covered or its just a veneer problem and it's not covered.The protection plan that I have reads the following is covered "checking, cracking, bubbling, peeling of finish or lifting of veneers". They won't even come out to look at it.

Certainly seems you're beiing snookered.

First, identify the acutal supplier of the plan: it may be Ashley, or it may be a third party. Check your paperwork if you have it; if you don't, ask Ashley. If it's not Ashley, complain to the plan. If you continue to get nowhere:
  1. Complain to corporate; use the corporate contact information at https://www.corporateofficeowl.com. Then if you have to,
  2. Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.

Consider filing a dispute with your credit/debit card company. But bear in mind that even if the card company reverses the charge, the merchant may bypass your credit card company and pursue the charge in other ways.

(In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies.)
