I Had A Problem Buying A Ticket. They Charged Me And I Got Nothing
I need a refund ASAP - I am very angry -as i do not have my funds or a ticket

Sorry for your problems. It's especially difficult because it's not a U.S. airline. Here are steps you can take.
- I presume you've already talked to U.S. customer service. Even if you have, you may want to call back and talk to a supervisor. (Don't lose your temper!) Use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/Asiana%20Airlines/customer-service.
- If necessary, escalate to corporate. Probably the best way is in writing. Use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/Asiana%20Airlines/Corporate%20Office.
- It's possible the U.S. Aviation Consumer Protection Division may be able to offer some help. Call 202-366-2220.
- Consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
- Complain to the widely read review site, https://www.yelp.com/
